Kingdom Dining Church is seeking to finding a new building or location near Wylie area for their ministry.

Devotional
Yeas ago the comedean Charlie Chaplin entered a Charlie Chaplin look alike contest. When the judging was done, the real Charlie Chaplin lost the contest. Many were deceived by imitators. Many will come saying that they are the Christ. If you are a Christian you will know when the real Jesus comes, because we will be caught in the rapture.
Action Point
Don't settle for a cheap imitation. Read the word of God. Get to know who Jesus is.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;
Devotional
On Sunday morning I preached one of my best sermons to date. That evening I preached like a beginner. As I looked back at my sermon notes, two words in the evening sermon notes stood out. "I Think". The difference was that in the morning I was preaching what God had given me. In the evening I preached what I had given me.
Action Point
Proverbs 3:6 says In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Put your trust in self and you will fail. Put your trust in God and you will prosper.

Daniel 6:22
"My God sent His angel and shut the lions' mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you."
Devotional
As Christians, we are covered by the blood of Jesus. This is a shadow in the book of Daniel of what God will do for us, through the blood of Jesus in the New Testement. Any time Satan brings an accusation against us, we are found Innocent before God, through the blood of Jesus.
Action Point
Don't hold on to the sins of your past. Remember that they are covered by the blood of Jesus.

John 1:42
42 And he brought him to Jesus. Now when Jesus looked at him, He said, "You are Simon the son of Jonah. You shall be called Cephas" (which is translated, A Stone).
Devotional
When Simon Peter met Jesus, his name was changed from Simon to Cephas (which is translated, A Stone). When we meet Jesus our name is changed also.  Our name is changed from sinner to saint, from lost to found. Not only is our name change but our eternal address is changed as well.
Action Point

Psalm 95:1-2
Oh come, let us sing to the LORD! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation.  Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.

Devotional
As we go to worship this coming Lords day, lets remember that we are to come into His presence with joy and thanksgiving. We need to enter worship in expectation of what God is going to do. Worship with intensity. Be on fire for God.
Action Point
Let your love for the Lord show in your worship. Give Him the praise and the honor that He deserves.

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Devotional
We are fighting a spiritual war every day. With Halloween just around the corner I think we need to be mindful that there are evil spirits, and they are trying to attack us at every angle. This is not a war against people, but against evil spirits.
Action Point
Put on the full armor of God. Only then can you effectively fight the enemy.

"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.
Devotional
Jesus is knocking at your hearts door. Will you hear his voice? We need to open our hearts, and let Jesus in. God wants to have fellowship with us, and the only way that we can do this is through the blood of Jesus.
Action Point
Open your heart, and let Jesus in.
