Ezekiel 34:14

"I will feed them in good pasture, and their fold shall be on the high mountains of Israel. There they shall lie down in a good fold and feed in rich pasture on the mountains of Israel.

Devotional

Are you feasting on Gods word. God has set a table spread before us and is inviting us to feast. We are not to feast on earthly food, but on the Manna from heaven. Are you hungry for Gods word?

Action Point

Feast on His word daily. Take time each day to open the word of God

1st Timothy 4:15-16

Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all.
Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.

Devotional

We need to go forth daily with the sword of the spirit (which is the Word of God) in our hands. We can become a more effective witness if we know the doctrine of the faith and live by them daily. Actions speak louder than words. If we are not living a God centered life, then we will not be effective for Christ

Action Point

Be a witness for Jesus today. Let people see Jesus in us.

All scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Devotional

When we study the bible, we need to consider the whole counsel of God. All 66 books of the bible are God breathed. The word of God is true. We need to learn from it and teach others about it.

Action Point

Take time each day to read your bible.

Philippians 3:1

Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. For me to write the same things to you is not tedious, but for you it is safe.

Devotional

Brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. I rejoice that as Paul did in his letter to the Philippian church. Though many of the devotionals that go out are scriptures that we already know, we need to be reminded of them from time to time. My friends, I know it is safe to remind you of what Gods word says.

Action Point

Take time today to share a scripture with a friend or a co-worker.

2nd Chronicles 7:14

"if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

Devotional

We need to be praying for our country and it's leaders every day. We see the world turning more wicked every day. We need to be seeking His face. We as a people and as a nation need to repent of our sins and turn back to God. Only then will the United States truely be ONE NATION UNDER GOD.

Action Point

Lets start putting God first. If we do this, all things will fall into place.

2nd Samuel 22:4

I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised;
So shall I be saved from my enemies.

Devotional

The Lord is worthy of our praise. He is our protector and our strength in times of need. He can save us from our enemies, and keep us safe in His arms. He has saved us, and He loves us. He is worthy of our praise.

Action Point

Take time today to praise God for what He has done. Thank Him in advance for what He is going to do.

That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life--

Devotional

We as Christians are to be witnesses of the Truth of the gospel. We need to share with others what we have heard, seen, and experienced. There is no greater testimony than your own. Tell others what Jesus has done for you. Tell them what you have seen God do for others. De a witness by how you live out your faith.

Action Point

Tell others about Jesus. Tell them about how the gospel has impacted your life.

Devotional

It is important in our walk with the Lord, to gather together as beleivers and praise His name. When we do we will be strengthened. When we are out of the fellowship of other beleivers, we become weak in our faith and praise. There is strength in numbers.

Action Point

Get connected with a local church? Take time each week to worship Jesus.

Luke 11:33

"No one, when he has lit a lamp, puts it in a secret place or under a basket, but on a lampstand, that those who come in may see the light.

Devotional

We as Christians should live a life that reflects the love of our Lord and Savior. When people look at us they should notice something different. Let the love shine through. Don't try to hide it. The Lord is good. Remember, this is a day that the Lord has made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it.

Action Point

Let your light shine so that all can see.
