Though the Bible talks about tongues, the apostle Paul makes clear the importance of making the message understandable. I have seen some preachers who would preach for a half an hour and leave the congregation wondering what the message was.
Scripture Reference
1st Corinthians 14:18-19
I thank my God I speak with tongues more than you all; yet in the church I would rather speak five words with my understanding, that I may teach others also, than ten thousand words in a tongue.
Action Point
Don't make the gospel message hard to understand. A wise man once said, make the message so clear that a three year old can understand it.
