Often times we forget to rejoice before God. We get so caught up in our own troubles, that we forget about the blessings God has bestowed on us. There is nothing wrong with being joyful in His presence.
Scripture Reference
Psalm 68:3
But let the righteous be glad; Let them rejoice before God; Yes, let them rejoice exceedingly.
Action Point
Take time to laugh and be joyful in His presence, and in your daily walk.

Prayer is powerful. We don't need to be with someone to pray for them. We can be praying for someone in another country, and we can see the answered prayers. God is omnipresent. no matter where we go, God is always there.
Scripture Reference
Matthew 8:8
The centurion answered and said, "Lord, I am not worthy that You should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed.
Action Point
Take time today to pray for someone who is in need of healing. Pray for our brothers and sisters in Christ who are in other countries.

It is not enough to just read the Bible, and hear the Word of God preached. We need to believe it and we need to take it to heart. The Word is a verb. We need to take action. We need to apply it to our lives, and live it in our daily lives.
Scripture Reference
Psalm 119:10-11
With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments! Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You!
Action Point
Take time each day to read from the Bible. Memorise verses. Keep them in your heart.

What does it mean to submit? First let me tell you what it is not. It is not indentured servitude, and it is not something that is forced on someone. Submission is an act of love. Wives are to submit to their husbands as to the Lord. We see in Ephesians 5:25 that the husband is to love his wife as Christ loved the church and gave Himself for her. If a husband loves his wife in this way, then his wife should have no problem submitting to her husband.
Scripture Reference
Ephesians 5:22
Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
Action Point
Wives, submit to your husband out of love. Husbands love your wife, as Christ loved the church. Let the Love of the Lord show in your relationship for one another.

John 3:16 says "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Now a certain ruler asked Him, saying, "Good Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life?"
Action Point
The answer is simple. Receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior. Come just as you are.

When we receive Jesus as our Lord and Savior, we die to sin. This doesn't mean that we will not sin any more. This also doesn't mean that we should keep on sinning like we did before we were saved. There should be a change in your life. Grace can not abound outside of Jesus Christ.
Scripture Reference
Romans 6:1-2
What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?
Action Point
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb? Has there been a change in your life? Have you died to sin? Let Jesus live in your heart. Receive Him today.

Have you ever had a bad situation turn out to be the best thing that could have ever happened to you? Joseph was thrown into a pit, sold into slavery by his brothers, and was thrown into prison for something that he didn't do. His brothers meant to do evil, but God used the situation for good. Joseph in the end saved many people from starvation.
Scripture Reference
Genesis 50:20
"But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.
Action Point
Are you going through trials and tribulations? God has a plan for you. You may not see it right away, but God is working. If you can't trace His hand, trust His heart.
